possibly, if you use the council MOT centres.

Yup.. Take mine to the Coventry one. Nice blokes and they appreciate the extra work as they're stood around not doing much most of the time.. There are only so many Council vehicles that need MOT'ing at any one time.

I rang my council to find out where they got their MoT's done. They didn't know

Which shows that there is nowhere near Nooj ..... maybe in these "well-to-do" parts of the country, the councils only drive vehicles that are less than 3 years old.
